This liturgy for blessing the activity vase (las bum) by means of the deity Ucchuṣma follows the tradition of Dodrupchen Monastery.
General mantras for blessing the vajra and bell followed by text for the invoking the fields of merit according to each of the main Longchen Nyingtik sādhanas: Rigdzin Düpa, Palchen Düpa, Yumka Dechen Gyalmo, and Dukngal Rangdrol.
This vase consecration, which is necessary when performing the guidance practice (nedren) according to the Dukngal Rangdrol cycle, appears in a recent compilation of Dukngal Rangdrol material published by Dodrupchen Monastery, Sikkim.
