Khenpo Sonam Tsewang is a khenpo at Ngagyur Nyingma Institute (NNI), the advanced centre for Buddhist philosophical study at Namdroling Monastery, Bylakkuppe, India. He graduated in higher Buddhist studies from Central Institute of Higher Tibetan Studies, Varanasi and also from NNI, Namdroling.
