༄༅། །མཚོ་རྒྱལ་སྙན་བརྒྱུད་ཕུར་པ་མེ་ཡི་སྤུ་གྲིའི་བརྒྱུད་འདེབས་བྱིན་རླབས་དཔལ་འབར་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་བཞུགས།

A Prayer to the Lineage of The Fiery Razor, Tsogyal's Whispered Transmission of Kīla

དབྱིངས་རིག་གཉིས་མེད་ཀུན་བཟང་ཡབ་ཡུམ་དང༌། །

yingrik nyimé kunzang yabyum dang

Samantabhadra and Samantabhadrā, non-dual space and awareness,

བདེ་ཆེན་སྒྱུ་འཕྲུལ་དྲྭ་བ་རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས། །

dechen gyutrul drawa dorjé sem

Vajrasattva, the magical manifestation of great bliss,

རིག་རྩལ་སྤྲུལ་སྐུ་དགའ་རབ་རྡོ་རྗེ་ལ། །

riktsal tulku garab dorjé la

And Garab Dorje, the nirmāṇakāya play of awareness,

གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་སོ་བར་ཆད་བདུད་འདུལ་ཤོག །

solwa deb so barché düdul shok

To you I pray: overcome obstacles and demonic forces!

དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ཀུན་བདག་བཛྲ་ཀཱི་ལ་ཡ། །

kyilkhor kün dak benza kilaya

Lord of all the maṇḍalas, Vajrakīlaya,

བདུད་སྡེ་ཀུན་འདུལ་ཁྲོ་རྒྱལ་ཡབ་ཡུམ་བཅུ། །

dü dé kün dul trogyal yabyum chu

Ten wrathful sovereigns, male and female, who subdue all Māra’s forces,

སྲས་མཆོག་སྒོ་མ་བཀའ་སྡོད་ལྷ་ཚོགས་ལ། །

sé chok go ma kadö lhatsok la

Supreme Son, gatekeepers, attendants and all the hosts of deities—

གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་སོ་བར་ཆད་བདུད་འདུལ་ཤོག །

solwa deb so barché düdul shok

To you I pray: overcome obstacles and demonic forces!

གསང་ཆེན་བདག་མོ་མཁའ་འགྲོ་ལས་ཀྱི་དབང༌། །

sang chen dakmo khandro lé kyi wang

Lady of great secrets, ḍākinī Karmendrāṇī,

རྩ་གསུམ་ཀུན་འདུས་པདྨ་ཐོད་ཕྲེང་རྩལ། །

tsa sum kündü pema tötreng tsal

Embodiment of all the Three Roots, Pema Tötrengtsal,

བདུད་འདུལ་རྒྱལ་མོ་མཚོ་རྒྱལ་མནྡཱ་རར། །

düdul gyalmo tsogyal mendarar

And the Māra-subduing queens, Tsogyal and Mandāravā—

གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་སོ་བར་ཆད་བདུད་འདུལ་ཤོག །

solwa deb so barché düdul shok

To you I pray: overcome obstacles and demonic forces!

སྨོན་ལམ་ལས་སད་དྷརྨ་ཙནྡྲ་དང༌། །

mönlam lé sé dharma tsandra dang

Dharmatsandra,¹ in whom karma and aspirations awoke,

བཀའ་བབ་དབང་ཐོབ་ཡེ་ཤེས་རྡོ་རྗེའི་ཞབས། །

kabab wang tob yeshe dorjé zhab

Noble Yeshe Dorje,² empowered with the authoritative transmission,

ཟབ་གསང་མངའ་བདག་རྩ་བརྒྱུད་བླ་མ་ལ། །

zabsang ngadak tsa gyü lama la

And my own root guru, sovereign of the secret and profound,

གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་སོ་བར་ཆད་བདུད་འདུལ་ཤོག །

solwa deb so barché düdul shok

To you I pray: overcome obstacles and demonic forces!

དད་དང་ངེས་འབྱུང་བརྩོན་པས་སྲིད་ལས་གྲོལ། །

dé dang ngejung tsönpé si lé drol

Escaping conditioned existence through faith, renunciation and exertion,

ཐབས་མཁས་སྙིང་རྗེས་ཞི་བའི་མཐའ་ལས་རྒྱལ། །

tabkhé nyingjé zhiwé ta lé gyal

And conquering the extreme of quiescence through skilful means and compassion,

སྨིན་གྲོལ་གསེང་ལམ་མ་ནོར་སྐལ་ལྡན་པས། །

mindrol seng lam manor kal denpé

May fortunate followers of this unerring, direct approach of ripening and liberation

རྡོ་རྗེའི་ལམ་ལ་ཚུལ་བཞིན་འཇུག་པར་ཤོག །

dorjé lam la tsulzhin jukpar shok

Set out correctly upon the adamantine path!

བསྐྱེད་སྔགས་བཟླས་པས་ནུས་པའི་དྲོད་ཚད་རྙེད། །

kyé ngak depé nüpé drö tsé nyé

May we gain full power through visualization and mantra recitation,

ལྟ་སྒོམ་ཟབ་མོས་ཡེ་ཤེས་མངོན་དུ་གྱུར། །

ta gom zab mö yeshe ngön du gyur

Manifest primordial wisdom through the profound view and meditation,

བདུད་བཞི་ལས་རྒྱལ་དཔལ་ཆེན་ཧེ་རུ་ཀའི། །

dü zhi lé gyal palchen heruké

And easily accomplish within this very lifetime

གོ་འཕང་བདེ་བླག་ཚེ་འདིར་འགྲུབ་གྱུར་ཅིག །

gopang delak tsé dir drub gyur chik

The level of the awesome Heruka, victorious over the four māras!

ཅེས་པའང་འཇམ་དབྱངས་བླ་མའི་ཕྲིན་ལས་ཀྱི་རང་གཟུགས་ཁྱབ་བདག་པདྨ་ཡེ་ཤེས་རྡོ་རྗེའི་བཀའ་དྲིན་གྱིས་ཟབ་གསང་མཆོག་འདིའི་ཐུན་མིན་གྱི་སྣོད་ལྡན་དུ་ངེས་པ་རྙེད་པའི་སྐལ་བཟང་པདྨ་གར་དབང་འོད་གསལ་མདོ་སྔགས་གླིང་པས་བསྙེན་སྒྲུབ་ཀྱི་སྐབས་གསོལ་བ་བཏབ་པ་སིདྡྷི་རསྟུ།། །།

Thus, Pema Garwang Ösal Do-ngak Lingpa, who, through the kindness of the sovereign lord Pema Yeshe Dorje, actual embodiment of the Mañjughoṣa Guru’s enlightened activity, had the good fortune to find himself an uncommon vessel for this supreme, profound and secret practice, made this prayer while practising its approach and accomplishment. Siddhirastu!
