དགོངས་པ་གཅིག་དང་དབྱངས་གཅིག་གིས། །
ཀ་དག་སྟོང་པ་ཆེན་པོ་སྒྲུབ། །

Glorious Candrakīrti in the land of āryas
And Rongzom Chökyi Zangpo in Tibet
Both asserted great emptiness, primordial purity,
United in their intention and with a single voice.

དཔྱད་པ་བཟང་པོས་མ་དྲངས་ན། །
ངེས་ཤེས་བཟང་པོ་ག་ལ་སྐྱེ། །
ངེས་ཤེས་བཟང་པོ་མ་སྐྱེས་ན། །
སྒྲོ་འདོགས་ངན་པ་ག་ལ་ནུབ། །

If you don’t begin with thorough analysis,
How will perfect certainty ever arise?
If this noble confidence does not arise,
How will false projections ever cease?
