Brief Petitionary Offering to Jomo Yangri

ཀྱཻ། སྔོན་ཚེ་པདྨའི་སྤྱན་སྔ་རུ། །

kyé, ngöntsé pemé chen nga ru

Kye! In previous times, before Padma’s eyes,

གནས་བསྟན་སྐྱོང་བར་ཞལ་བཞེས་པའི། །

né ten kyongwar zhalzhepé

You, Mentsün Dorje Yangrima, promised

སྨན་བཙུན་རྡོ་རྗེ་གཡང་རི་མ། །

men tsün dorjé yang ri ma

To protect the land and Buddha Dharma.

སྤྲུལ་འཁོར་ཡོངས་རྫོགས་གསོལ་ཞིང་མཆོད། །

trulkhor yongdzok sol zhing chö

We venerate and make offerings to the you and your entire retinue of emanations.

བདག་ཅག་གར་འགྲོ་གར་འདུག་ཀྱང་། །

dakchak gar dro gar duk kyang

Wherever we may go, wherever we may stay,

བསམ་པ་སྒྲུབ་ལ་རེ་བ་སྐོང་། །

sampa drub la rewa kong

Accomplish our wishes and fulfill our hopes!

ཁ་འཛིན་རྒྱབ་རྟེན་སྡོང་གྲོགས་སོགས། །

kha dzin gyab ten dongdrok sok

Protect our lives, support us, accompany us as friends,

གང་བཅོལ་ལས་རྣམས་མྱུར་འགྲུབ་མཛོད། །

gang chol lé nam nyur drub dzö

And swiftly accomplish whatever activities we request!

ཅེས་པའང་རིག་པ་འཛིན་པ་སངས་རྒྱས་རྡོ་རྗེས་སོ།།
