༄༅། །ལྕགས་ཀོང་རྡོ་རྗེ་དགྲ་འདུལ་གྱི་བདེ་སྨོན།

Aspiration for Sukhāvatī

ནུབ་བདེ་ཆེན་ཞིང་བཞུགས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས། །

nub dechen zhing zhuk chomdendé

O, Bhagavan in the western pure realm of Sukhāvatī,

མགོན་འོད་དཔག་མེད་པ་སྲས་འཁོར་བཅས། །

gön öpak mépa sé khor ché

Protector Amitābha, surrounded by your heirs—¹

སེམས་རྩེ་གཅིག་དྲན་པས་མངོན་དུ་བྱ། །

sem tsechik drenpé ngön duja

With one-pointed concentration, I bring you fully into my mind.

ཚིག་ཁ་ཙམ་མ་ཡིན་གདུང་ཤུགས་ཀྱིས། །

tsik kha tsam mayin dungshuk kyi

I do not merely mouth these words; I pray to you

སྙིང་རུས་པའི་གཏིང་ནས་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས། །

nying rüpé tingné solwa deb

With intense yearning from the depths of my heart and bones!

ཐུགས་བརྩེ་་བས་དགོངས་ལ་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས། །

tuk tséwé gong la jingyi lob

Please look on me with your loving compassion and grant me your blessings!

གནས་ངན་འགྲོའི་འཇིགས་ལས་སྐྱབས་ཏུ་གསོལ། །

né ngendrö jik lé kyab tu sol

Shelter me from the dread of dire destinies!

ཡོངས་འགྲོ་བའི་དེད་དཔོན་ཁྱེད་རྣམས་ལ། །

yong drowé depön khyé nam la

O, guide for all beings, overcome with devotion,

བདག་གུས་པས་ཕྱག་འཚལ་མཆོད་པ་འབུལ། །

dak güpé chaktsal chöpa bul

I present you with prostrations and offerings.

ལས་སྡིག་བཤགས་དགེ་ལ་རྗེས་ཡི་རངས། །

lé dik shak gé la jé yirang

I confess all my negative actions and rejoice in all that is virtuous.

དཔལ་ཆོས་གསུང་མྱ་ངན་མི་འདའ་བཞུགས། །

pal chö sung nya ngen mi da zhuk

Please teach the glorious Dharma; do not pass into nirvāṇa; remain here.

དོན་དགེ་བ་བྱང་ཆུབ་རྒྱུ་རུ་བསྔོ། །

dön gewa changchub gyu ru ngo

Finally, I dedicate all good deeds, that they may be the cause of enlightenment.

མ་འགྲོ་དྲུག་འཁོར་བ་ལས་བསྒྲལ་ནས། །

ma dro druk khorwa lé dral né

So that all beings may be liberated from saṃsāra

བླ་མེད་ཀྱི་རྫོགས་བྱང་ཐོབ་བྱའི་ཕྱིར། །

lamé kyi dzok jang tob jé chir

And attain unsurpassed, perfect awakening,

ཞིང་རྒྱ་མཚོར་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱིས་སྦྱོངས་བའི། །

zhing gyatsor sangye kyi jongwé

May I perfectly emulate the enlightened lives of the buddhas

རྣམ་ཐར་དང་སྨོན་ལམ་ཡོངས་རྫོགས་ཏེ། །

namtar dang mönlam yongdzok té

In the oceans of pure realms, and may I fulfill their aspirations.

འབྲེལ་ཐོག་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་མ་ལུས་པ། །

drel tokpé semchen malüpa

May all with whom I have made a connection

ངོ་མཚར་བའི་ཞིང་མཆོག་བདེ་བ་ཅན། །

ngo tsarwé zhing chok dewachen

Be born in the wondrous, supreme pure realm of Sukhāvatī,

དེར་སྐྱེས་ནས་འོད་དཔག་མེད་མགོན་གྱིས། །

der kyé né öpakmé gön gyi

Where they will be cared for, through his three secrets,

གསང་གསུམ་གྱིས་རྗེས་སུ་འཛིན་གྱུར་ཅིག །

sang sum gyi jesu dzin gyur chik

By the protector Amitābha.

ལྕགས་ཀོང་རྡོ་རྗེ་དགྲ་འདུལ་གྱིས་གསུངས་སོ།།
