༄༅། །ཕུར་པ་མགུལ་ཁུག་མའི་ཆ་ལག་བསྒྲལ་ལས་གནམ་ལྕགས་ཐོག་མདའ་བཞུགས། །
Meteoric Thunderbolt
The Liberation Rite for the Neck-Pouch Kīla (Purba Gulkhukma)

འདིར་ཤོམ་ར་སོགས་སྤྱི་ལྟར་བྱས་ལ།
Do the preparations and so on in the usual way. Then recite:
ཧཱུྃཿ ཨེ་ལས་གྲུ་གསུམ་ཐར་མེད་བྲུབ་ཁུང་ནང༌། །
hung, é lé drusum tarmé drub khung nang
Hūṃ. From é emerges the triangular pit from which there is no escape.
ནྲྀ་ཏྲི་ལས་གྱུར་དགྲ་བགེགས་གདུག་པ་ཀུན། །
nri tri lé gyur dragek dukpa kün
Inside, all enemies, obstructors and malevolent forces manifest from nṛ and tri,
མངོན་སུམ་བཞིན་གསལ་བཀའ་ཉན་སྲུང་མ་ཡིས། །
ngönsum zhin sal kanyen sungma yi
As clearly as if present in reality. Now let the guardians who obey commands
གནོད་བྱེད་ཁུག་ལ་རྟེན་འདིར་ཐིམ་པར་མཛོད། །
nöjé khuk la ten dir timpar dzö
Cause all harm-doers to dissolve into this physical support!
ནྲྀ་ཏྲི་བཛྲ་ཨཾ་ཀུ་ཤ་ཛ།
nri tri benza am kusha dza
nṛ tri vajra aṅkuśa jaḥ
ཧཱུྃ༔ ཡེ་ཤེས་སྤྱན་ལྡན་རྩ་གསུམ་སྲུང་མའི་ཚོགས། །
hung, yeshe chenden tsa sum sungmé tsok
Hūṃ. Deities with eyes of wisdom, Three Roots and hosts of guardians,
དམ་རྫས་དཔལ་གྱི་མཆོད་གཏོར་འདི་བཞེས་ལ། །
damdzé pal gyi chötor di zhé la
Accept this splendid offering torma of samaya substances.
བདག་ཅག་བསམ་སྦྱོར་མདའ་ལྟར་དྲང་གྱུར་ཀྱང་། །
dakchak samjor da tar drang gyur kyang
Although our aspirations and actions are as straight as an arrow,
དམ་ཉམས་དགྲ་འདི་གཞུ་ལྟར་འཁྱོགས་གྱུར་པས། །
damnyam dra di zhu tar khyok gyurpé
These enemies and samaya-breakers are as crooked as a bow.
གཟུ་དང་དཔང་དུ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་པོ་བཞུགས། །
zu dang pang du könchok sumpo zhuk
Let the Three Jewels, therefore, serve as arbiter and witness:
ཞལ་ལྕེ་སྣང་སྲིད་ལྷ་འདྲེས་དྲང་ཤན་ཕྱེས། །
zhal ché nangsi lha dré drang shen ché
Pass judgement on the gods and demons of apparent existence
གདུག་ཅན་དགྲ་ལ་ཆད་པ་དྲག་པོ་ཕོབ། །
dukchen dra la chepa drakpo pob
And inflict the most severe punishment on malevolent foes!
ས་མ་ཡ་ཧོ། །
samaya ho
samaya hoḥ
ཧཱུྃཿ བྱང་ཆུབ་མཆོག་ཏུ་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་ཅིང་། །
hung, changchub chok tu semkyé ching
Hūṃ. We have set our minds on supreme awakening
དུས་གསུམ་རྒྱལ་བའི་གདུང་འཚོབ་པའི། །
dü sum gyalwé dungtsob pé
And are successors of the victors of the three times.
རིག་འཛིན་བདག་ཅག་རྣམས་ལ་ནི། །
rigdzin dakchak nam la ni
As we are vidyādharas, holders of awareness,
གནོད་ཅིང་སྡང་བར་བྱེད་པ་རྣམས། །
nö ching dangwar jepa nam
Let all who would harm us or treat us malevolently,
ལྷ་འམ་འོན་ཏེ་བདུད་ཀྱང་རུང༌། །
lha am önté dü kyang rung
Whether they be gods or demons,
མཐུ་དང་རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་མེད་པར་གྱིས། །
tu dang dzutrul mepar gyi
Lose all their magical powers and strength!
ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་པཱ་ཤ་ཧཱུྃ།
om benza pa sha hung
oṃ vajra pāśa hūṃ
ཨོཾ་་བཛྲ་སྤོ་ཊ་བཾ།
om benza po ta bam
oṃ vajra sphoṭa baṃ
ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་གཎྜེ་ཧོ།
om benza gendé ho
oṃ vajra gaṇḍhe hoḥ
ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་པྲ་བེ་ཤ་ཡ་ཕཊ།
om benza trabé shaya pé
oṃ vajra praveśaya phaṭ
ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨ་བེ་ཤ་ཡ་ཨ།
om benza abeshaya a
oṃ vajra aveśaya a
ཧཱུྃཿ ཆོས་ཀྱི་དབྱིངས་ལས་རང་བྱུང་གྲུབ་པའི་ལྷ། །
hung, chö kyi ying lé rangjung drubpé lha
Hūṃ. Deity who is spontaneously arisen from the dharmadhātu,
ཕུར་པ་རོལ་པའི་དུར་ཁྲོད་ཆེན་པོ་ནས། །
purpa rolpé durtrö chenpo né
Manifesting from the great charnel ground of the Play of Kīla
ཤིན་ཏུ་མི་བཟད་རབ་འཇིགས་སྐུར་བསྟན་པ། །
shintu mi zé rab jik kur tenpa
In an unbearable, intensely fearsome form—
དཔལ་ཆེན་ཡོངས་རྫོགས་དྲག་པོའི་ཕྲིན་ལས་མཛོད། །
palchen yongdzok drakpö trinlé dzö
Embodiment of all the awesome, carry out your wrathful activity!
ཡེ་ཤེས་འོད་ལྔ་འབར་བས་དུག་ལྔ་བསྲེགས། །
yeshe ö nga barwé duk nga sek
With the blazing of fivefold wisdom light, burn away the five poisons!
རྣམ་པར་ཤེས་པ་མི་བསྐྱོད་དབྱིངས་སུ་བསྟིམས། །
nampar shepa mi kyö ying su tim
Cause ordinary consciousness to dissolve into immovable basic space!
ཡེ་ཤེས་མཚོན་གྱིས་ཕུང་པོ་རྡུལ་དུ་གཏུབས། །
yeshe tsön gyi pungpo dul du tub
Pulverize the aggregates with the weapon of pristine wisdom!
ཁམས་གསུམ་སྲིད་པ་དབྱིངས་སུ་བསྒྲལ་བར་བྱ། །
kham sum sipa ying su dralwar ja
Liberate the three realms of existence into basic space!
སརྦ་ནྲྀ་ཏྲི་ཤ་ཏྲཱུཾ་མཱ་ར་ཡ་ཕཊ།
sarva nri tri sha trum maraya pé
sarva nṛ tri śatrūṃ māraya phaṭ
སྤྲོ་ན་སྤུ་གྲིའི་སྔགས་ཀྱང་ཅི་ནུས་བཟླའོ། །
If you wish, you could also recite the Pudri mantra as many times as possible.
ཧཱུྃ། གནོད་བྱེད་དགྲ་དང་བགེགས་ཚོགས་ཀྱི། །
hung, nöjé dra dang gek tsok kyi
Hūṃ. The flesh, blood and bones of the liberated three poisons
དུག་གསུམ་བསྒྲལ་བའི་ཤ་ཁྲག་རུས། །
duk sum dralwé sha trak rü
From the hosts of harm-doers, enemies and obstructors
དཔལ་ཆེན་ལྷ་ཚོགས་ཞལ་དུ་བསྟབས། །
palchen lhatsok zhal du tab
I now offer to the hosts of deities of the great Awesome One.
དགྱེས་པར་རོལ་ཅིག་ཁཱ་ཧི་ཧོ། །
gyepar rol chik khahi ho
Savour them with delight! khāhi hoḥ!
བདག་ཅག་དཔོན་སློབ་འཁོར་བཅས་ཀྱི། །
dakchak pönlob khor ché kyi
For us, teacher, students and those around us,
ནད་གདོན་བྱད་ཕུར་རྦོད་གཏོང་སོགས། །
nedön jepur bötong sok
Let illness, harmful influences, black magic and curses—
མི་མཐུན་རྐྱེན་ངན་མཐའ་དག་ཀུན། །
mitünkyen ngen tadak kün
Each and every form of adversity and misfortune—
བཟློག་ཅིང་བསྒྱུར་བའི་ཕྲིན་ལས་མཛོད། །
dok ching gyurwé trinlé dzö
Be dispelled and transformed through your activity!
ཅེས་པ་འདི་ནི༸གོང་ས༸སྐྱབས་མགོན་ཆེན་པོ་དང་རྡོ་རྗེ་གྲགས་ལྡན་གྱིས་ཡང་ཡང་བསྐུལ་བ་དོན་ལྡན་བྱ་ཕྱིར། ལྕགས་རྟ་ཟླ ༦ ་ཚེས ༢༧ ་ཉིན་ཆོས་རྗེ་དམ་པ་ངག་དབང་བློ་གྲོས་མཚུངས་མེད་མཆོག་གསང་ཆེན་སྔ་འགྱུར་ཆོས་སྡེ་ཐེག་མཆོག་རྣམ་གྲོལ་བཤད་སྒྲུབ་དར་རྒྱས་གླིང་གི་གཙུག་ལག་ཁང་དུ་མི་འཇིགས་གདོང་ལྔས་བཏེག་པའི་ཁྲིར་ལྷ་མཆོག་རྡོ་རྗེ་གཞོན་ནུའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་སྐུར་བཞེངས་ཤིང་བཟླས་དམིགས་ལ་སྦྱོར་བའི་སྐབས་སུ་རིག་ཀློང་ནས་རྩོལ་མེད་དུ་རྡོལ་སྐབས་བདག་མཁན་པོ་རྣམ་གྲོལ་གྱིས་ཡི་གེར་བཀོད་པས་མི་མཐུན་པའི་གཡུལ་ལས་རྒྱལ་ཞིང་དགེ་ལེགས་ཀྱི་སྣང་བ་རྟག་ཏུ་འབར་གྱུར་ཅིག། །།
To fulfil the repeated requests of the supreme protector His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Dorje Drakden,1 on the 27th day of the sixth month of the Iron Horse year,2 while the sublime master Ngawang Lodrö Tsungmé was seated on a throne supported by fearless lions,3 preparing to generate the form of the supreme deity Vajrakumāra together with his maṇḍala and recite his mantra in the temple of Tekchok Namdrol Shedrub Dargye Ling, a dharma centre for the great secret Ancient Translations tradition, this arose effortlessly from his expansive awareness, and Khenpo Namdrol set it down in writing. May this bring victory in the battle with adversity, and may the light of virtue and excellence burn brightly for evermore!
