Offering to Yolmo Protectors

༄༅། །སྦས་ཡུལ་ཡོལ་མོ་གངས་རིའི་གནས་སྲུང་གསོལ་མཆོད།

Offering Prayer to the Protectors of the Hidden Valley of Yolmo Snow Ranges

ཧཱུྃ། དུས་གསུམ་ཀུན་མཁྱེན་འཆི་མེད་ཐོད་ཕྲེང་རྩལ། །

hung, dü sum künkhyen chimé tötreng tsal

Hūṃ. Knower of the three times, immortal Tötreng Tsal,¹

མ་རུངས་གདུག་པ་འདུལ་བར་གྲོ་བོ་ལོད། །

marung dukpa dulwar drowolö

And Drolö, conquerer of the vicious and hostile ones,²

གང་གིས་བཀའ་དང་དམ་ལ་གཉེར་བཞག་པའི། །

gang gi ka dang dam la nyer zhakpé

Bound you with their orders and the pledges that you made—

སྦས་ཡུལ་གནས་སྲུང་ཞིང་སྐྱོང་དབང་མོ་ཆེ། །

bé yul né sung zhingkyong wangmo ché

Great queen, protector of the hidden valley,³

བཛྲ་སཱ་དྷུ་ཆ་ཏི་ལྷ་བཙན་དང་། །

benza sadhu cha ti lha tsen dang

Benza Sadhu,⁴ Chati, Lhatsen,

དགེ་བསྙེན་གླེ་རུ་ཇོ་མོ་གཡང་རི་སོགས། །

genyen lé ru jomo yang ri sok

Genyen Leru,⁵ Goddess Yangri and others;

ལྷ་ཀླུ་གཞི་བདག་མ་ལུས་ཉེར་དགོངས་ལ། །

lha lu zhidak malü nyer gong la

And gods, nāgas, earth-lord spirits, all without exception, please keep us in mind!

དམ་ལྡན་སྔགས་འཆང་བདག་ལ་དགྱེས་པའི་གྲོགས། །

damden ngakchang dak la gyepé drok

Be a good friend to us yogis who keep our samaya,

བགྱིད་ཅིང་མི་མཐུན་གནོད་པའི་རྐྱེན་རྣམས་སྲུངས། །

gyi ching mitün nöpé kyen nam sung

Act and protect us from inharmonious, harmful conditions,

འགལ་བའི་ཉེས་པ་བཟོད་གསོལ་བར་ཆད་སོལ། །

galwé nyepa zösol barché sol

Forgive us our wrongdoings, clear away obstacles,

ཡུལ་ཁམས་བདེ་ཞིང་ཟབ་མོའི་ཆོས་འཕེལ་བ། །

yul kham dé zhing zabmö chö pelwa

Bring joy to this place, cause the profound Dharma to spread,

ཇི་ལྟར་སྨོན་པའི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་སྩལ་དུ་གསོལ། །

jitar mönpé tashi tsal du sol

And grant the good fortune of whatever we may wish for!

ཞྭ་དམར་པ་དྲུག་པ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་དབང་ཕྱུག་གིས་མཛད་པའོ།། །།
