༄༅། །རྒྱལ་མཚན་རྩེ་མོའི་དཔུང་རྒྱན་གྱི་རྒྱུན་ཁྱེར།

Daily Practice of Gyaltsen Tsemö Pung Gyen

Refuge and Bodhicitta

ན་མོ།  བླ་མ་མཆོག་གསུམ་ཡི་དམ་ལྷར། །

namo, lama chok sum yidam lhar

Namo! In the Guru, the Three Jewels and the Yidam Deity, with devotion I take refuge.

གུས་པས་སྐྱབས་མཆི་མཁའ་མཉམ་འགྲོ།

güpé kyab chi khanyam dro

So that I and all sentient beings as infinite as the sky

བླ་མེད་བྱང་ཆུབ་མཆོག་ཐོབ་ཕྱིར། །

lamé changchub chok tob chir

May reach supreme unsurpassed Buddhahood,

རིག་པའི་རྒྱལ་མོ་བསྒོམ་པར་བགྱི། །

rigpé gyalmo gompar gyi

I shall practice the vidyā-queen Gyaltsen Tsemo.

ལན་གསུམ་གྱིས་སྐྱབས་སེམས་བྱ།

Take refuge and generate bodhicitta by repeating these lines three times.

Self-Generation Stage

དྷྭཾ༔ པད་ཟླའི་སྟེང་དུ་རང་སེམས་དྷྭཾ་སེར་ལས། །

dhwom, pé dé tengdu rangsem dhwom ser lé

Dhvaṃ! On a lotus and a moon, my own mind as a gold-colored syllable dhvaṃ

རྒྱལ་མཚན་རྩེ་མོའི་ལྷ་མོ་སྐུ་མདོག་སེར། །

gyaltsen tsemö lhamo kudok ser

Becomes the goddess Gyaltsen Tsemo with a golden body.

ཞལ་བཞི་སེར་དཀར་དམར་སྟེང་དུད་ཁའི་མདངས། །

zhal zhi ser kar mar teng dükhé dang

I have four faces: the middle gold, right white, left red, and middle upper one the color of smoke.

ཞལ་རེར་སྤྱན་གསུམ་ཁྲོ་ཞིང་ལྟོ་བ་འཕྱང་། །

zhal rer chen sum tro zhing towa chang

In each of my faces there are three wrathful eyes. My belly hangs down.

གཡས་གཉིས་ཕྱག་ན་རལ་གྲི་འཁོར་ལོ་དང་། །

yé nyi chak na raldri khorlo dang

My two right hands hold a sword and a wheel,

ཞགས་པ་རྡོ་རྗེས་མཚན་པའི་གཏུན་ཤིང་གཡོན། །

zhakpa dorjé tsenpé tün shing yön

And the left hands hold a lasso and vajra pestle.

རལ་བརྫེས་ཐོད་སྐམ་དབུ་བརྒྱན་གཡོན་བརྐྱང་བཞུགས། །

ral dzé tökam u gyen yön kyang zhuk

My hair flows upward with dry skulls as a crown ornament; I stand with the left leg stretched out.

དར་དང་རིན་ཆེན་སྣ་ཚོགས་མཛེས་པས་བརྒྱན། །

dar dang rinchen natsok dzepé gyen

I am adorned with beautiful silks and precious jewels of various kinds.

ཐུགས་ཀར་ཟླ་སྟེང་དྷྭཾ་མཐར་སྔགས་ཀྱིས་བསྐོར། །

tukkar da teng dhwom tar ngak kyi kor

At my heart, on the moon is the syllable dhvaṃ surrounded by the mantra.

དེ་ལས་འོད་འཕྲོས་རྒྱལ་མཆོད་ཐུགས་རྒྱུད་བསྐུལ། །

dé lé ö trö gyal chö tukgyü kul

From there, lights radiate, making offering and invoking the buddhas.

འགྲོ་ཀུན་འཇིགས་དང་བར་ཆད་ཐམས་ཅད་བསལ། །

dro kün jik dang barché tamché sal

All the fears and obstacles that plague sentient beings are removed.

ཕས་རྒོལ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ནུས་སྟོབས་རྩད་ནས་བཅོམ། །

pé gol nam kyi nü tob tsené chom

And the power of adversaries is eradicated.

འོད་ཟེར་ཚུར་འདུས་རང་ལ་ཐིམ་པ་ཡིས།

özer tsur dü rang la timpa yi

Through the lights gathering back and dissolving into me,

གཟི་བརྗིད་མཐུ་སྟོབས་རབ་ཏུ་རྒྱས་པར་གྱུར། །

ziji tutob rabtu gyepar gyur

My power and strength are fully developed.

Mantra

ༀ་དྷྭ་ཛ་ཨ་གྲ་ཀེ་ཡཱུ་ར་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། །

om dhwodza adra kéyura hung hung pé pé soha

oṃ dhvajāgrakeyūra hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ phaṭ svāhā

ཞེས་ཅི་ནུས་བཟླ།

Recite this as much as possible.

མཐར་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་གིས་ལྷར་སྣང་བསྡུ།

hung hung hung

Finally, through reciting "Hūṃ! Hūṃ! Hūṃ!" I, appearing as the deity, dissolve into emptiness.

ཕཊ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ་ཀྱིས་སླར་ཡང་སྐུར་ལྡང་།

pé pé pé

Through reciting "Phaṭ! Phaṭ! Phaṭ!" I again appear as the deity.

ༀ་ཨཱཿ་ཧཱུྃ་གིས་གནས་གསུམ་བསྲུང་།

om ah hung

And then through reciting "Oṃ āḥ hūṃ", the white oṃ, red āḥ and blue hūṃ protect my three places.

Dedication

དགེ་བ་འདི་ཡིས་མྱུར་དུ་བདག །

gewa di yi nyurdu dak

Through this merit, may I quickly

རྒྱལ་མཚན་རྩེ་མོའི་ལྷ་མོ་འགྲུབ། །

gyaltsen tsemö lhamo drub

Accomplish the goddess Gyaltsen Tsemo.

འགྲོ་བ་གཅིག་ཀྱང་མ་ལུས་པ། །

drowa chik kyang malüpa

And may all sentient beings without exception

དེ་ཡི་ས་ལ་འགོད་པར་ཤོག །

dé yi sa la göpar shok

Be established in her state.

Verses of Auspiciousness

ཉིན་མོ་བདེ་ལེགས་སོགས་བཀྲ་ཤིས་བརྗོད་དོ།

Then recite the verse of auspiciousness

ཉིན་མོ་བདེ་ལེགས་མཚན་བདེ་ལེགས། །

nyinmo delek tsen delek

May the days be well, may the nights be well.

ཉིན་མའི་གུང་ཡང་བདེ་ལེགས་ཤིང་། །

nyin mé gung yang delek shing

May the hours of noon bring happiness too.

ཉིན་མཚན་རྟག་ཏུ་བདེ་ལེགས་པའི། །

nyintsen taktu delek pé

May the day and night always be well.

དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་གྱི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག །

könchok sum gyi tashi shok

May we have the auspiciousness of the Three Jewels.

 

ཞེས་ཀློང་གསལ་གཏེར་བྱོན་ལས་བཏུས་པ་སྟེ་ཛྙ་ནས་སོ།།        །།
