Four-Line Advice[1]

by Jamyang Khyentse Chökyi Lodrö

As it is never really the time to subdue
The negative thinking in our own minds,
Unless we do so now, through the guru’s kindness,
It will be difficult to realize the mind’s unborn nature.

| Translated by Adam Pearcey with the generous support of the Khyentse Foundation and Tertön Sogyal Trust, 2022.
