om swasti

Oṃ svasti!

རིག་འཛིན་གྲུབ་པ་ཌཱ་ཀིའི་རྗེ་མོ་ནི། །

rigdzin drubpa daki jemo ni

Accomplished vidyādharā and foremost among the ḍākinīs,

ཀུན་ཏུ་བཟང་མོའི་དབྱིངས་ལས་སྤྲུལ་པ་ཡི། །

kuntuzangmö ying lé trulpa yi

Manifesting out of the space of Samantabhadrī

འཆི་མེད་བདེ་ཆེན་ཡེ་ཤེས་མཚོ་རྒྱལ་གྱི། །

chimé dechen yeshe tsogyal gyi

As the magical emanation of queen of yoginīs,

ཟློས་གར་གྲུབ་པའི་དབང་མོ་དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱི། །

dögar drubpé wangmo denyi kyi

The display of Yeshe Tsogyal, deathless lady of great bliss,

རྣམ་འཕྲུལ་ཤེས་རབ་ལྷ་མོའི་གཟུགས་བསྒྱུར་བ། །

namtrul sherab lhamö zuk gyurwa

Transformed into this goddess of wisdom—

རྗེ་བཙུན་གཞོན་ནུའི་སྐུ་འཚོ་ཡུན་དུ་བརྟན། །

jetsün zhönnü ku tso yündu ten

May the life of this youthful Jetsünma long remain secure.

གསན་བསམ་སྒོམ་པའི་རྩལ་ཆེན་རྫོགས་པ་དང་། །

sen sam gompé tsal chen dzokpa dang

May she realize her great potential for study, contemplation and meditation,

བསྟན་འགྲོར་སྨན་པའི་ཕྲིན་ལས་རྒྱས་གྱུར་ཅིག །

ten dror menpé trinlé gyé gyur chik

And may her activity to benefit the teachings and beings spread far and wide!

ཅེས་པའི་མཚན་འབུལ་དང་འབྲེལ་བའི་ཞབས་བརྟན་སྨོན་ཚིག་དང་། སྐུ་ཚེའི་བཅུད་ལེན་རིལ་བུ། ཤེས་རབ་བློ་འཕེལ་རིལ་བུ། མགུལ་སྲུང་སྔགས་མདུད་ལྷ་རེག་བཅས་འཇམ་དབྱངས་མཁྱེན་བརྩེ་སྤྲུལ་སྐུས། །མེ་བྱ་ཟླ་བཞི་ཚེས་གཉིས་ལ་ཕུལ།། །།

I, the tulku of Jamyang Khyentse, offered these words of aspiration for longevity in connection with the offering of a name and together with 'extracting-the-essence' longevity pills, increasing-intelligence pills, a protective necklace with a mantra knot, and a silk scarf, on the second day of the fourth month of the Fire Bird year.¹
