The Offering-Clouds of Samantabhadra

A Concise Confession and Fulfilment Practice of the Three Roots

སྐོང་རྫས་ནམ་མཁའ་མཛོད་ཀྱི་སྔགས་རྒྱས་བརླབས་ལ།

Bless the fulfilment substances with the Sky Treasury mantra and mudrā, then recite:

ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ སྣོད་བཅུད་རྣམ་དག་རྡོ་རྗེའི་འོག་མིན་ཆེར། །

hung hrih, nöchü namdak dorjé womin cher

Hūṃ Hrīḥ. The perfectly pure environment and inhabitants are the great Vajra Akaniṣṭha,

དངོས་སུ་བཤམས་དང་ཡིད་ལས་བྱུང་བ་ཡི། །

ngö su sham dang yi lé jungwa yi

In which, through these gifts, both actually arranged and created by the mind—

ཕྱི་ནང་གསང་བ་བླ་མེད་དེ་ཁོ་ནའི། །

chi nang sangwa lamé dé khoné

Outer, inner, secret and unsurpassable offerings of suchness,

ཀུན་བཟང་རྣམ་འཕྲུལ་མཆོད་སྤྲིན་རྒྱ་མཚོ་འདིས། །

kunzang namtrul chötrin gyatso di

Amassed as a vast ocean of offering-clouds like those emanated by Samantabhadra—

རིག་འཛིན་རྩ་བརྒྱུད་བླ་མའི་ཐུགས་དང་བསྐང༌། །

rigdzin tsa gyü lamé tuk dang kang

May the noble intentions of the vidyādharas, the root and lineage gurus, be fulfilled!

ཡི་དམ་ཞི་ཁྲོའི་ལྷ་ཚོགས་ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐང༌། །

yidam zhitrö lhatsok tukdam kang

May the noble intentions of the peaceful and wrathful yidam deities be fulfilled!

གནས་གསུམ་དཔའ་བོ་མཁའ་འགྲོའི་ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐང༌། །

né sum pawo khandrö tukdam kang

May the noble intentions of the vīras and ḍākinīs of the three abodes be fulfilled!

ཆོས་སྲུང་ནོར་ལྷ་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐང༌། །

chösung norlha gyatsö tukdam kang

May the noble intentions of the ocean of dharma protectors and wealth deities be fulfilled!

སྣང་སྲིད་དག་པ་རབ་འབྱམས་ཆེན་པོར་བསྐང༌། །

nangsi dakpa rabjam chenpor kang

May all be fulfilled as the great infinite purity of appearance and existence.

ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐང་ཞིང་ཉམས་ཆག་མཐོལ་བཤགས་ན། །

tukdam kang zhing nyamchak tol shak na

As we thus fulfil your noble intentions and confess our impairments and breakages,

སྒྲིབ་མེད་ཚངས་པའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩལ་ནས་ཀྱང༌། །

dribmé tsangpé ngödrub tsal né kyang

Grant us the attainment of unobscured purity,

མཆོག་ཐུན་ཕྲིན་ལས་ཡིད་བཞིན་འགྲུབ་པར་མཛོད། །

choktün trinlé yizhin drubpar dzö

And carry out supreme and ordinary activities just as we desire!

ཅེས་པའང་མཚོ་སྐྱེས་བླ་མ་དགྱེས་པའི་འབངས་ཀྱི་བློ་མཚོ་ལས་ཕྱུང་བའོ།། །།

This arose from the lake-like mind of the servant who delights the Lotus-Born Guru [i.e., Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo].
