A Maṇḍala Offering in Five Sets of Five

རབ་ཏུ་སྤྲོས་པ་མེད་པའི་དབང་གི་ཚེ་ལྔ་ཚན་ལྔའི་མཎྜལ་རིམ་པས་འབུལ་ཞིང་མགྲིན་གཅིག་ཏུ།

At the time of the utterly unelaborate empowerment, offer the maṇḍala in five sets of five and recite the following in unison:

ༀ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།

om ah hung

oṃ āḥ hūṃ

ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་ཞིང་ཁམས་ནམ་མཁའི་མཐའ་ཀླས་པ་ཀུན་ཏུ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་ས་གཞི་ལ་དྲི་དང་། སྨན་དང་། སྤོས་དང་། འབྲུ་དང་། མེ་ཏོག་གི་ཚོགས་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པ་བཀྲམ་ཞིང་།

chok chü zhingkham namkhé talepa küntu rinpoche natsok kyi sa zhi la dri dang men dang pö dang dru dang metok gi tsok pak tu mepa tram zhing

Everywhere throughout all the infinite realms of the ten directions, a ground that is formed of various precious substances is strewn with boundless perfumes, medicines, incense powder, grains and flowers.

ནོར་བུ་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་རི་དང་། ཤིང་དང་། སྐྱེད་མོས་ཚལ་དང་། གཞལ་མེད་ཁང་དང་། གདུག་དང་། རྒྱལ་མཚན་དང་། བ་དན་དང་། བླ་བྲེ་དང་། རོལ་མོའི་ཚོགས་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པའི་སྤྲིན་ཕུང་གཏིབས་ཤིང་།

norbu natsok kyi ri dang shing dang kyemö tsal dang zhalmé khang dang duk dang gyaltsen dang baden dang ladré dang rolmö tsok pak tu mepé trinpung tib shing

There are mountains of various jewels, forests, gardens, palaces, parasols, banners of victory, canopies, and music, like billowing clouds beyond measure;

ལྷ་དང་མིའི་འབྱོར་པ་ཚད་མེད་པའི་མངའ་ཐང་ཆེན་པོས་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ལེགས་པར་བཀོད་དེ།

lha dang mi jorpa tsemepé ngatang chenpö jikten gyi kham gyatso lekpar kö dé

And all the magnificent power and boundless riches of gods and human beings, set out throughout an ocean of realms—

བླ་མ་དང་ཡི་དམ་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་ལྷ་ཚོགས་དམ་ཅན་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་ཚོགས་དང་བཅས་པ་རྣམས་ལ།

lama dang yidam kyilkhor gyi lhatsok damchen gyatsö tsok dang chepa nam la

All this, to the guru, hosts of deities of the maṇḍalas of yidams, and an ocean of oath-bound guardians,

ཇི་སྲིད་འཁོར་བ་མ་སྟོངས་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་དོན་དུ་རྟག་པ་རྒྱུན་གྱི་འཁོར་ལོར་འབུལ་ལོ། །

jisi khorwa ma tong kyi bardu semchen tamché kyi döndu takpa gyün gyi khorlor bul lo

Until saṃsāra is emptied, for the sake of all sentient beings, I offer in a continuous, everlasting process.

རིན་ཆེན་ས་གཞི་མེ་ཏོག་གིས་བཀྲམ་དྲི་ཞིམ་སྨན་གྱི་སྐྱེད་མོས་ཚལ། །

rinchen sa zhi metok gi tram drizhim men gyi kyemö tsal

The jewelled ground strewn with flowers, sweetly scented medicinal gardens,

སྤོས་དང་འབྲུ་མང་ནོར་བུའི་ཕུང་པོས་དཔག་ཡས་ནམ་མཁའི་དབྱིངས་བཀང་སྟེ། །

pö dang dru mang norbü pungpö pakyé namkhé ying kang té

Masses of incense, grains and jewels that fill the boundless expanse of space,

ཏིང་འཛིན་རོལ་མོ་ཤིན་ཏུ་མཐའ་ཡས་འཇུག་པའི་སྤྲིན་གྱི་ཚོགས་ཆེན་གྱིས། །

tingdzin rolmo shintu tayé jukpé trin gyi tsokchen gyi

With this great cloud-gathering of entering an infinite symphony of samādhi,

ཕྱི་མའི་མུ་མཐར་འགྲོ་སྒྲོལ་སླད་དུ་ཀུན་ནས་དགེ་བའི་སེམས་ཀྱིས་མཆོད། །

chimé mu tar dro drol ledu künné gewé sem kyi chö

Unto the distant limits of time, with the wholly virtuous intention of liberating beings, I offer.

སྣ་ཚོགས་ནོར་བུ་འབར་བའི་སྤྲིན་ལ་སོགས། །

natsok norbu barwé trin lasok

Clouds ablaze with jewels of varied kinds and more—

ལྔ་ཚན་ལྔ་ལྡན་མཎྜལ་འདི་འབུལ་བས། །

nga tsen ngaden mandal di bulwé

Through offering this maṇḍala of five sets of five,

གནས་སྐབས་ལྷ་མིའི་འབྱོར་པས་མངོན་མཐོ་ཞིང་། །

nekab lhami jorpé ngön to zhing

May we temporarily enjoy the riches of gods and humans,

མཐར་ཐུག་ཀུན་བཟང་ཞིང་ལ་སྤྱོད་པར་ཤོག །

tartuk kunzang zhing la chöpar shok

And ultimately experience the domain of Samantabhadra.

སེམས་གཙང་དགེ་བའི་མཆོད་སྤྲིན་དམ་པ་འདིས། །

sem tsang gewé chötrin dampa di

Through these sublime offering clouds of a pure, virtuous mind,

དཔག་ཡས་ཞིང་དུ་མཆོད་པའི་ཆར་འབེབས་ཤིང་། །

pakyé zhing du chöpé charbeb shing

May rains of offerings pour down throughout infinite realms,

བསོད་ནམས་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཚོགས་གཉིས་རབ་རྫོགས་ཏེ། །

sönam yeshe tsok nyi rabdzok té

May we complete the twofold accumulation of merit and wisdom,

འགྲོ་བའི་བསམ་དགུ་ཡིད་བཞིན་འགྲུབ་པར་ཤོག །

drowé sam gu yizhin drubpar shok

And may all the aspirations of wandering beings be fulfilled.

ཞིང་རྣམས་རྒྱལ་སྲས་འབྱོར་པས་ཡོངས་བཀང་ཞིང་། །

zhing nam gyalsé jorpé yong kang zhing

May realms be filled with the riches of the victor’s heirs

འགྲོ་ཀུན་རྟག་ཏུ་དགེ་བའི་ཆོས་ལ་སྤྱོད། །

dro kün taktu gewé chö la chö

And all beings constantly practise the virtuous Dharma.

ཐར་པའི་གྲོང་དུ་ཕྱམ་ཅིག་ཡོངས་བགྲོད་དེ། །

tarpé drong du cham chik yong drö dé

May everyone reach the citadel of liberation all at once

སྐུ་དང་ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྷུན་གྱིས་གྲུབ་པར་ཤོག །

ku dang yeshe lhün gyi drubpar shok

And spontaneously accomplish the kāyas and wisdoms.

ཅེས་ལན་གསུམ་བརྗོད་པར་བྱའོ། །

Recite this three times.

མཎྜལ་འབུལ་བའི་ཆོ་ག་ཡིད་བཞིན་དྲྭ་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ། ཐེག་པ་མཆོག་གི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་པ་ཀློང་ཆེན་རབ་འབྱམས་ཀྱིས་སྦྱར་བ་རྫོགས་སོ།། །།དགེའོ། །དགེའོ། །དགེའོ།། །།

This ritual for offering the maṇḍala entitled The Wish-Fulfilling Web composed by Longchen Rabjam, a yogin of the supreme vehicle, is hereby complete. Let it be virtuous! Virtuous! Virtuous!
