༄༅། །ར་བརྡ་འཆི་མེད་གཡུང་དྲུང་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་ཞབས་བརྟན་གསོལ་འདེབས།

A Prayer for the Long Life of Rada Chime Yungdrung Rinpoche

ཨོཾ་སྭ་སྟི།

om svasti

Oṃ Svasti.

འཆི་མེད་མི་ཤིགས་ཐིག་ལེ་ཡེ་ཤེས་སྐུ། །

chimé mishik tiklé yeshe ku

The wisdom kāya, an indestructible sphere, is deathless;

འཆི་མེད་གསུང་གི་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཚེ་མཐའ་ཡས། །

chimé sung gi dorjé tsé tayé

Vajra speech, Amitāyus (Boundless Life), is deathless;

འཆི་མེད་རིག་འཛིན་གྲུབ་པའི་ཚོགས་བཅས་ཀྱིས། །

chimé rigdzin drubpé tsok ché kyi

And, through the accumulations of the deathless vidyādhara,

འཆི་མེད་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་སུ་ཡོངས་གྲུབ་མཛོད། །

chimé ku sung tuk su yongdrub dzö

May the deathless body, speech and mind be perfectly accomplished.

འགྱུར་མེད་སྐུ་བཞིའི་དབང་ཕྱུག་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་། །

gyurmé ku zhi wangchuk dorjé chang

Mighty Vajradhara of the changeless four kāyas, you appear as the glorious guru

དཔལ་ལྡན་བླ་མ་ཟག་བྲལ་མཚན་དཔེ་སྐུ། །

palden lama zakdral tsenpé ku

Replete with the major and minor marks of perfection.

སྐྱེ་འཆི༵་འཇིགས་བྲལ་འགྲོ་ཁམས་མ་སྟོང་བར། །

kyechi jikdral dro kham matongwar

Without fear of birth or death, remain like a vajra,

མི་འགྱུར་མི་ཤིགས་རྡོ་རྗེ་ལྟ་བུར་བཞུགས། །

mingyur mishik dorjé tabur zhuk

Unchanging and indestructible, until the realms of beings are empty

གསུང་གི་དབང་ཕྱུག་འོད་སྣང་ཚེ་མཐའ་ཡས། །

sung gi wangchuk ö nang tsé tayé

Master of speech, Boundless Radiance and Life (Amitāyus),

དཔལ་ལྡན་བླ་མ་གྲགས་སྟོང་ན་དའི་སྒྲ། །

palden lama drak tong nadé dra

You appear as the guru’s speech – audible yet empty –

འགག་མེད༵་ཚངས་དབྱངས་སྡེ་སྣོད་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་གསུང་། །

gakmé tsang yang denö gyatsö sung

Beautifully articulating the oceanic basket of Buddha’s teachings without impediment.

ཆད་མེད་ཆོས་འཁོར་བསྐོར་བཞིན་རྟག་བཞུགས་གསོལ། །

chemé chökhor kor zhin tak zhuk sol

Remain with us forever, and continually turn the wheel of dharma.

འཕོ་མེད་དབྱིངས་རིག་ཡང་དག་ཡེ་ཤེས་སེམས། །

pomé yingrik yangdak yeshe sem

Your mind is pure wisdom, the immutable union of awareness and dhātu;

ལྷུན་གྲུབ་བདེ་བ་ཆེན་པོའི་རང་མདངས་སུ། །

lhündrub dewa chenpö rang dang su

Its expression, spontaneous great bliss, knowledge and love –

མཁྱེན་བརྩེའི་རང་བཞིན་འགྱུར་བ་མེད་པའི་ཐུགས། །

khyentsé rangzhin gyurwa mepé tuk

The nature of your unchanging heart –

ཟབ་གསལ་གཉིས་སུ་མེད་པར་རྟག་བཞུགས་གསོལ། །

zabsal nyisumepar tak zhuk sol

Please remain forever as the indivisibility of the brilliant and profound.

ཞེས་པའང་འབྲུག་པ་ཀརྨ་དབང་འདུས་ནས་ཇི་ལྟར་གསོལ་བ་བཏབ་པ་བཞིན་ཞེ་ཆེན་མཁན་པོ་གང་ཤར་གྱི་དངོས་སློབ་ར་བརྡ་འཆི་མེད་གཡུང་དྲུང་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་ཞབས་བརྟན་གསོལ་འདེབས་སུ་ཞེ་ཆེན་རབ་འབྱམས་སྤྲུལ་མིང་པས་གང་གི་སྐུའི་འཁྲུངས་སྐར་ཉིན་ཨ་རིའི་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་ནིཡུ་ཡོག་ནས་ཟླ་ ༨ པའི་ཚེས་ ༢༠ ལ་སྤེལ་བའོ།།

Karma Wangdu from Bhutan requested a longevity supplication for the direct disciple of Shechen Khenpo Gangshar, Rada Chime Yungdrung Rinpoche. Accordingly, I, the one who holds the title of Shechen Rabjam, wrote this in New York, USA, on the 20th day of the eighth Tibetan month (4 October 2023) in time for Rinpoche’s birthday.
