All phenomena are circumstantial...
All phenomena are circumstantial...
attributed to Buddha Śākyamuni[1]
All phenomena are circumstantial
And depend entirely on intention.
Whatever aspirations people make,
The results they will gain accordingly.

The version of the Tibetan given here is cited in texts such as Patrul Rinpoche's Words of My Perfect Teacher (kun bzang bla ma'i zhal lung)—where only the first two lines appear—and Mipham's Treasury of Blessings. The version in the Derge Kangyur reads 'dun pa'i rtsa not 'dun pa'i rtse. ↩
