དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་གླིང་བཞི་པའི་དབང་ཕྱུག འབྱུང་པོའི་བདག་པོ་ཆེན་པོ། མཆེ་བ་གཙིགས་པ། སེར་སྐྱ་ཞེས་བྱ་བས་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་གསོལ་ཏོ། །

Then Piṅgala—lord of the four continents, ruler of beings with protruding fangs—addressed the Blessed One:
བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས། བདག་ནི་འབྱུང་པོ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་བདག་པོ་ལགས་ཏེ་བདག་ནི་གླིང་བཞི་པའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་ན་མཆིས་པའི་འབྱུང་པོ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་འཚེ་བར་བགྱིད། རྡེག་པར་བགྱིད། འཆིང་བར་བགྱིད། འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་འདི་ནས་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་གཞན་དུ་འཕེན་པར་བགྱིད། ཡན་ལག་དང༌། ཉིད་ལག་རྣམས་རྣམ་པར་གཅོད་པར་བགྱིད་ལགས་སོ། །

“Blessed One, I am the sovereign of all beings. I bring harm to beings throughout the four-continent world system: I strike them, I bind them, and I cast them from this world into others. I sever their limbs and appendages.
བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས། གང་གི་ཚེ་བདག་བཀྲེས་པར་གྱུར་པ་ན་དབུགས་གཏོང་སྟེ་དབུགས་དེས་གླིང་བཞི་པའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་ཀུན་ཏུ་འགེངས་པར་བགྱིད་ཅིང༌།

“Blessed One, when I grow hungry, I exhale, and my breath fills the entire four-continent world system.
བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས། བདག་མི་དང༌། མི་མ་ལགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་གཟི་བྱིན་འཕྲོག་པར་བགྱིད་ལགས་ཏེ་དབུགས་ཆེན་པོས་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་རེག་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་བྲོ་ནད་སྣ་ཚོགས་དག་འབྱུང་ལགས་སོ། །

“Blessed One, I steal the vitality of humans and non-humans alike. The very moment my great breath touches sentient beings, myriad diseases arise.
བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས། གང་ན་རིག་སྔགས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་དབུགས་ཆེན་པོ་ཞེས་བགྱི་བ་འདི་སྤྱོད་པ་དེར་བདག་གིས་དབུགས་ཀྱིས་མི་ཚུགས་པ་དང༌། འབྱུང་པོ་རྣམས་འཚེ་བར་མི་འགྱུར་བ་དང༌།

“Blessed One, wherever Mahāśvāsa: The Noble King of Mantras is practised, my breath shall hold no power, and the beings there will remain unharmed.
རིགས་ཀྱི་བུའམ། རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་མོ་གང་ལ་ལ་ཞིག་གིས་སངས་རྒྱས་དང༌། ཆོས་དང༌། དགེ་འདུན་རྣམས་ལ་ཕྱག་བགྱིས་ནས་མགོའམ། མགུལ་དུ་བཏགས་ཏེ་འཆང་བ་དེར་རླུང་ལས་གྱུར་པ་དང༌། མཁྲིས་པ་ལས་གྱུར་བ་དང༌། བད་ཀན་ལས་གྱུར་པ་དང༌། འདུས་པ་ལས་གྱུར་པའི་བྲོ་ནད་རྣམས་འབྱུང་བར་མི་འགྱུར་པར་བདག་གི་དེང་སླན་ཆད་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་སྤྱན་སྔར་ཡི་དམ་འཚལ་ལགས་སོ། །

“If any son or daughter of noble family pays homage to the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Saṅgha, and wears this sacred text upon their head or around their neck, they will not suffer illnesses born of wind, bile, phlegm, or their combinations. I vow this henceforth before the Tathāgata.

May all my diseases be completely pacified, svāhā!
མ་ཧཱ་ཤྭཱ་སཱ་ཡ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། མ་ཧཱ་བྷཱུ་ཏ་ཨ་དྷི་པ་ཏ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། གཽ་རི་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། ཨུ་གྲཱ་ཡ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།

May I have well-being and goodness!
དཾ་ཥྚྲི་ཀ་རཱ་ལ་པིང་ག་ལཱ་ཛྙཱ་པ་ཡ་ཏི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།
damstri karala pingala ajnapayati soha ||
daṃṣṭrākarāla piṅgala ājñāpayami svāhā ||3
འཕགས་པ་རིག་སྔགས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་དབུགས་ཆེན་པོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་རྫོགས་སོ།། །།
