ཆོས་སྐུའི་སྟོན་པ་ཀུན་བཟང་འོད་མི་འགྱུར། །

chökü tönpa kunzang ö min gyur

Dharmakāya teacher, Samantabhadra, Unchanging Light,

ལོངས་སྐུ་ཐུགས་ཆེན་པདྨ་གར་གྱི་དབང་། །

longku tuk chen pema gargyi wang

Sambhogakāya, Great Compassionate One, Lotus Master of the Dance,

སྤྲུལ་སྐུ་རིག་འཛིན་པདྨ་འབྱུང་གནས་ལ། །

tulku rigdzin pema jungné la

And nirmāṇakāya vidyādhara, Padmasambhava,

གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་སོ་ནད་གདོན་མཐར་བྱེད་ཤོག །

solwa deb so nedön tar jé shok

To you I pray: eliminate all disease and harmful influences!

མི་བརྗེད་གཟུངས་ཐོབ་མཁར་ཆེན་བཟའ་མཚོ་རྒྱལ། །

mijé zung tob kharchen za tsogyal

Kharchen Za Yeshe Tsogyal, who gained unfailing mnemonic powers,

ཡེ་ཤེས་སྤྱན་ལྡན་བཻ་རོ་ཙ་ན་དང་། །

yeshe chenden bairo tsana dang

Vairotsana, who possesses the eyes of primordial wisdom,

སྤྲུལ་པའི་གཏེར་ཆེན་མཆོག་ལྡན་མགོན་པོ་ལ། །

trulpé terchen chokden gönpo la

And the great emanated tertön Chokden Gönpo,¹

གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་སོ་ནད་གདོན་མཐར་བྱེད་ཤོག །

solwa deb so nedön tar jé shok

To you I pray: eliminate all disease and harmful influences!

ཁྲི་སྲོང་རྣམ་རོལ་པདྨ་མདོ་སྔགས་གླིང་། །

trisong namrol pema do ngak ling

Emanation of Tri Songdetsen, Pema Do-ngak Lingpa,²

རྣམ་པར་སྣང་མཛད་བློ་གྲོས་མཐའ་ཡས་དང་། །

nampar nangdzé lodrö tayé dang

Vairocana in person, Lodrö Thayé,³

གྲུབ་པའི་རིག་འཛིན་སྣང་མཛད་རྡོ་རྗེ་ལ། །

drubpé rigdzin nangdzé dorjé la

And the accomplished vidyādhara, Nangdzé Dorje,⁴

གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་སོ་ནད་གདོན་མཐར་བྱེད་ཤོག །

solwa deb so nedön tar jé shok

To you I pray: eliminate all disease and harmful influences!

སྨིན་གྲོལ་དོན་སྟོན་རྩ་བའི་བླ་མ་རྗེ། །

mindrol dön tön tsawé lama jé

Noble root guru, who communicates the points of maturation and liberation,

ཡི་དམ་རྟ་མགྲིན་གཉེན་པོ་ལྷ་ལྔ་དང་། །

yidam tamdrin nyenpo lha nga dang

The yidam, the five subjugative deities of Hayagrīva,

མཁའ་འགྲོ་ཆོས་སྐྱོང་ནོར་ལྷ་གཏེར་བདག་ལ། །

khandro chökyong norlha terdak la

And ḍākinīs, dharmapālas, wealth deities and treasure-keepers,

གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་སོ་ནད་གདོན་མཐར་བྱེད་ཤོག །

solwa deb so nedön tar jé shok

To you I pray: eliminate all disease and harmful influences!

བསྙེན་སྒྲུབ་སྐྱེད་རིམ་བཟླས་པའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་གྱིས། །

nyendrub kyérim depé naljor gyi

Through the yoga of approach and accomplishment and recitation of the generation phase,

སྔོན་ལས་འཕྲལ་རྐྱེན་ནད་གདོན་བར་ཆད་ཞི། །

ngön lé tral kyen nedön barché zhi

May we pacify past karma, immediate circumstances, illness, harmful influences and obstacles,

རྫོགས་རིམ་དུག་ལྔ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ལམ་ཁྱེར་གྱིས། །

dzokrim duk nga yeshe lamkhyer gyi

And through the perfection stage of transforming the five poisons into wisdom,

རིག་པའི་རྩལ་རྫོགས་དཔལ་ཆེན་འགྲུབ་པར་ཤོག །

rigpé tsal dzok palchen drubpar shok

May we perfect the strength of awareness and accomplish the great Awesome One!

ཅེས་པའང་ཉེ་བར་གནས་པ་དྲུང་ཡིག་ཚེ་རིང་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཀྱིས་ལྷ་རྫས་བཅས་བསྐུལ་ངོར་ཆོས་ཀྱི་བློ་གྲོས་པས་གསོལ་བ་བཏབ་པ་སིདྡྷི་རསྟུ།། །།

Thus, Chökyi Lodrö composed this prayer in response to a request accompanied by the gift of a divine silk scarf from the attendant Drungyik Tsering Tashi. Siddhirastu!
