༄༅། །གཉུག་མའི་རང་ཞལ་མཐོང་བའི་གསོལ་འདེབས།

A Prayer to See My Own True Face¹

དུས་གསུམ་རྒྱལ་བ་ཀུན་གྱི་ཡེ་ཤེས་སྐུ། །

dü sum gyalwa kün gyi yeshe ku

Wisdom body of all the buddhas of the three times,

འཕོ་ཆེན་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྐུ་བརྙེས་བི་མ་ལའི། །

pochen dorjé ku nyé bimalé

Ngagi Wangpo, dancing as the magical wisdom-display

ཡེ་ཤེས་སྒྱུ་མའི་གར་མཁན་ངག་གི་དབང༌། །

yeshe gyumé garkhen ngak gi wang

Of Vimalamitra, who attained the vajra body of great transference—

རྩ་བའི་བླ་མའི་ཞབས་ལ་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས། །

tsawé lamé zhab la solwa deb

Root guru, at your feet I pray!

ལམ་རྒྱུད་སྨིན་བྱེད་དབང་གིས་རྒྱུད་སྨིན་ཅིང༌། །

lam gyü minjé wang gi gyü min ching

With my mind primed² through empowerments that hasten the evolution of the path continuum,

བསྐྱེད་རྫོགས་ལམ་ལ་བརྟན་པ་མཐར་ཕྱིན་ནས། །

kyedzok lam la tenpa tarchin né

And with perfect grounding in the practices of creation and completion,

སེམས་ཉིད་རང་བཞིན་འོད་གསལ་རྫོགས་པ་ཆེའི། །

semnyi rangzhin ösal dzogpa ché

Please bless to behold my innate, true face—

གཉུག་མའི་རང་ཞལ་མཐོང་བར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས། །

nyukmé rang zhal tongwar jingyi lob

Mind itself, naturally luminous great perfection!

གོ་འཇོ་བདེ་ཆེན་ངོར་བྲིས་པ་དགེའོ།།
