༄༅། །ཐུན་དྲུག་གི་རྣལ་འབྱོར།

Six-Session Yoga

དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་ལ་སྙིང་ནས་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆི། །

könchok sum la nying né kyab su chi

From the depths of my heart, I take refuge in the Three Jewels.

འགྲོ་ལ་ཕན་ཕྱིར་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སྒྲུབ། །

dro la pen chir dzokpé changchub drub

To benefit all beings, I will accomplish perfect awakening.

སེམས་ཅན་བདེ་ལྡན་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཀུན་དང་བྲལ། །

semchen deden dukngal kün dangdral

May sentient beings enjoy happiness, may they be free from all suffering,

བདེ་དང་མི་འབྲལ་བཏང་སྙོམས་ངང་གནས་ཤོག །

dé dang mindral tangnyom ngang né shok

May they never be separated from happiness and abide in perfect equanimity.

མདུན་མཁར་རིན་ཆེན་པདྨ་ཉི་ཟླའི་སྟེང་། །

dün khar rinchen pema nyidé teng

In the sky before me, upon a jewelled throne, lotus, sun and moon,

རྩ་བའི་བླ་མ་དཔལ་ལྡན་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་། །

tsawé lama palden dorjé chang

Sits my own root guru in the form of the glorious Vajradhara,

མཚན་དཔེའི་གཟི་འབར་རབ་འབྱམས་དཔའ་བོ་དང་། །

tsenpé zibar rabjam pawo dang

Resplendent with the major and minor marks

ཌཱ་ཀྐིའི་སྤྲིན་ཕུང་རྣམ་པར་སྤྲོ་བཞིན་བཞུགས།

dakki trinpung nampar tro zhin zhuk

And surrounded by infinite clouds of heroes and ḍākinīs.

ཕྱི་ནང་གསང་བའི་མཆོད་སྤྲིན་མཎྜལ་བཅས། །

chi nang sangwé chötrin mandal ché

Maṇḍalas of offering clouds, outer, inner, and secret,

གུས་པ་ཆེན་པོས་འབུལ་གྱིས་བཞེས་སུ་གསོལ། །

güpa chenpö bul gyi zhé su sol

I offer with deep reverence—please accept them.

སངས་རྒྱས་ཀུན་དངོས་དངོས་གྲུབ་རྩ་བ་རུ། །

sangye kün ngö ngödrub tsawa ru

Seeing the guru as the embodiment of all the buddhas

མཐོང་ནས་རྣམ་པ་ཀུན་གྱིས་མཉེས་བྱེད་ཤོག །

tong né nampa kün gyi nyé jé shok

And source of all attainments, may I please him or her in every way.

ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོཿབླ་མ་རང་ལ་བསྟིམ། །

dza hung bam ho, lama rang la tim

Jaḥ hūṃ baṃ hoḥ. The guru dissolves into me.

སྟོང་པའི་ངང་ལས་རང་ཉིད་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་། །

tongpé ngang lé rangnyi dorjé chang

From within emptiness, I arise as Vajradhara,

ཐབས་ཤེས་རང་བཞིན་རྡོ་རྗེ་དྲིལ་བུར་བཅས། །

tabshé rangzhin dorjé drilbur ché

Holding vajra and bell—whose nature is skilful means and wisdom—

རང་སྣང་ཕྱག་རྒྱར་འཁྱུད་པའི་བདེ་བས་དགྱེས། །

rangnang chakgyar khyüpé dewé gyé

And delighting in the bliss of union with the mudrā, his own natural radiance.

དགེ་ཚོགས་ཅི་མཆིས་མ་གྱུར་འགྲོ་ལ་བསྔོ། །

gé tsok chichi magyur dro la ngo

Whatever merit I have gathered, I dedicate to all beings, my mothers.

སྐྱེ་ཞིང་སྐྱེ་བར་སྡོམ་གསུམ་མིག་བཞིན་སྲུང་། །

kyé zhing kyewar dom sum mik zhin sung

In all my lives, may I protect the three sets of vows as I would my very eyes,

ཡོངས་རྫོགས་རྒྱལ་བའི་ཆོས་ཚུལ་ལེགས་བཟུང་ནས། །

yongdzok gyalwé chö tsul lek zung né

Flawlessly uphold all the teachings of the victorious ones,

གང་འདུལ་ཐབས་ཀྱིས་འགྲོ་བའི་དོན་བྱེད་ཤོག །

gang dul tab kyi drowé dönjé shok

And work skilfully for the benefit of all, taming each according to their needs.

ཅེས་པའང་འཇིགས་མེད་པས་སོ།། །།
