དགོངས་ཤིག་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེ་མངའ་སྤྲུལ་པའི་སྐུ། །
gong shik tukjé ché nga trulpé ku
Nirmāṇakāya master of great compassion, turn your attention toward me;
རྩ་གསུམ་ཀུན་འདུས་པདྨ་ཐོད་ཕྲེང་རྩལ། །
tsa sum kündü pema tötreng tsal
Padma Tötreng Tsal, embodiment of the Three Roots,
རབ་འབྱམས་སྒྱུ་འཕྲུལ་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྤྲིན་སྤྲོ་བ། །
rabjam gyutrul dorjé trin trowa
The one who emanates boundless vajra clouds in a magical display—
ལེགས་པར་སྨོན་ལ་ཐུགས་རྗེས་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས། །
lekpar mön la tukjé jingyi lob
Confer your compassionate blessings upon our excellent aspirations.
ཕྱོགས་དུས་རྒྱལ་བའི་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་དངོས། །
chok dü gyalwé ku sung tuk kyi ngö
Embodiments of the vajra body, speech, and mind of all the victorious ones' throughout the whole of space and time,
ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་མཁན་སློབ་ཆོས་གསུམ་གྱི། །
chö kyi gyalpo khen lob chö sum gyi
Dharma King, Abbot, and Master, three great ones—
ཐུགས་བསྐྱེད་ཟབ་མོས་གངས་ཅན་མུན་པའི་ཁྲོད། །
tukkyé zab mö gangchen münpé trö
Your profound aspirations caused the light of sacred Dharma
དམ་ཆོས་སྣང་བས་ཁྱབ་པར་མཛད་ན་ཡང༌། །
damchö nangwé khyabpar dzé na yang
To flood throughout the darkness-covered Land of Snows.
སྙིགས་མའི་དབང་གིས་ཐེག་མཆོག་སྙིང་པོའི་དོན། །
nyikmé wang gi tek chok nyingpö dön
Yet, with the degeneration of time, the essential meaning of the supreme vehicle
རྟོག་གེས་དཀྲུགས་ཤིང་བསྟན་པའི་མངའ་ཐང་བཅོམ། །
tokgé truk shing tenpé ngatang chom
Has been marred by intellectual dispute, and the power of the teachings undermined.
དམ་སྲི་འགོང་པོས་བར་ཆད་རླུང་ལྟར་འཚུབས། །
damsi gongpö barché lung tar tsub
When obstacles from damsi and gongpo demons stir like violent winds,
འདི་འདྲའི་དུས་སུ་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྟོབས་བསྐྱེད་ལ། །
dindré dü su dorjé tob kyé la
At such times as these, let your vajra power and strength emerge!
ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་རྗེས་འཇུག་རྗེས་འབྲངས་སློབ་བུའི་ཚོགས། །
khyé kyi jejuk jé drang lob bü tsok
And for your followers and disciples, the assembly of students,
སྲུང་སྐྱོབ་བྱིན་རླབས་བདུད་སྡེའི་གཡུལ་འཇོམས་པའི། །
sung kyob jinlab dü dé yul jompé
Bestow the supreme empowerment that grants protection and blessings
དབང་མཆོག་བསྐུར་ལ་དངོས་གྲུབ་འདོད་དགུའི་རྒྱུན། །
wang chok kur la ngödrub dögü gyün
And vanquishes the battling forces of māras.
འཛད་མེད་ཆར་དུ་སྙིལ་ཅིག་རིན་པོ་ཆེ། །
dzemé char du nyil chik rinpoche
Pour down an endless stream of siddhis—all that is desired, O Precious One!
བསྟན་འཛིན་རྒྱལ་བའི་ཐེག་མཆོག་སྤྲུལ་པའི་སྐུ། །
tendzin gyalwé tek choktrul pé ku
O emanation of the supreme vehicle, victorious upholder of the teachings,
བསྟན་པ་དམ་པ་ངེས་གསང་སྙིང་པོའི་དོན། །
tenpa dampa ngé sang nyingpö dön
Though the sublime teachings—the definitive, secret essential meaning—
སྔ་འགྱུར་རིང་ལུགས་མཆོག་གི་ཁྱད་པར་གྱི། །
ngagyur ringluk chok gi khyepar gyi
Remains as the special feature of the tradition of Ancient Translations,
ཆོས་སུ་གནས་ཀྱང་དེང་སང་སྙིགས་མའི་དུས། །
chö su né kyang dengsang nyikmé dü
In these degenerate times, it is imperilled,
གདུག་པའི་སྦྲུལ་གྱི་ཁྲོད་ན་ནོར་བུ་བཞིན། །
dukpé drul gyi trö na norbu zhin
Like a jewel in the midst of venomous serpents.
མི་གསལ་མོག་པོར་གྱུར་པའི་གནས་སྐབས་འདིར། །
mi sal mokpor gyurpé nekab dir
In this situation, when things have become obscure and unclear,
སྙིང་ནས་གདུང་ཤུགས་དྲག་པོས་རྩ་གསུམ་ལྷའི། །
nying né dungshuk drakpö tsa sum lhé
With intense, heartfelt yearning, we invoke
རྡོ་རྗེའི་ཐུགས་དམ་ཉེ་བར་བསྐུལ་ལགས་ན། །
dorjé tukdam nyewar kul lak na
The vajra commitment of the deities of the Three Roots.
མཆོག་གསུམ་བདེན་པ་བསླུ་བ་མེད་པ་དང་། །
chok sum denpa luwa mepa dang
Through the infallible truth of the Three Supreme Jewels,
བརྒྱུད་གསུམ་བླ་མ་ཡི་དམ་ཌཱ་ཀིའི་ཚོགས། །
gyü sum lama yidam daki tsok
The gurus of the three lineages, hosts of yidams and ḍākinīs,
བསྟན་སྲུང་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་མཐུ་བྱིན་རྨད་བྱུང་དང་། །
tensung gyatsö tu jin mejung dang
Wondrous power and blessings of the ocean-like guardians of the teachings,
ཆོས་ཉིད་འགྱུར་མེད་ཆོས་ཅན་རྟེན་འབྲེལ་མཐུས། །
chönyi gyurmé chöchen tendrel tü
And the force of immutable dharmatā and phenomenal interdependence,
སྨག་ལ་ཉི་ཟླའི་སྣང་བ་ཇི་བཞིན་དུ། །
mak la nyidé nangwa jizhin du
Like the light of the sun and moon shining into darkness,
སྙིང་པོའི་བསྟན་པའི་མངའ་ཐང་རབ་གསལ་ནས། །
nyingpö tenpé ngatang rabsal né
May the majesty of the essential teachings shine in splendour;
མ་རུང་རྒོལ་བའི་མུན་པ་མཐར་བྱས་ཏེ། །
ma rung golwé münpa tar jé té
May the darkness of hostility and antagonism be brought to an end;
བདེན་དོན་ཟབ་མོའི་ཚུལ་དེ་རྒྱལ་བར་མཛོད། །
dendön zabmö tsul dé gyalwar dzö
And may the profundity of the truth prevail.
ས་གསུམ་དབང་བྱེད་སྲིད་གསུམ་བྲན་དུ་བཀོལ། །
sa sum wang jé si sum dren du kol
With mastery over the three realms and the three worlds at your service,
ཕྱོགས་ལས་རྣམ་རྒྱལ་སྣང་སྲིད་ཟིལ་གནོན་པའི། །
chok lé namgyal nangsi zilnön pé
Victorious over all directions and overpowering appearance and existence,
ཨོ་རྒྱན་རིག་འཛིན་བརྒྱུད་པའི་རིང་ལུགས་མཆོག །
orgyen rigdzin gyüpé ringluk chok
May the supreme tradition of the lineage of the vidyādharas of Oḍḍiyāna
ཕྱོགས་དུས་ཀུན་ན་མཚུངས་མེད་རྒྱལ་གྱུར་ཅིག །
chok dü kün na tsungmé gyal gyur chik
Remain unrivalled and triumphant throughout the whole of space and time!
ས་བྱི་ཟླ་ ༣ ཚེས་ ༢༣ ལ་འཇམ་དཔལ་རྡོ་རྗེས་བྲིས་པ་མངྒ་ལཾ།།
