ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་མགོན་འཕགས་མཆོག་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་གཏེར། །
tsepakmé gön pakchok tukjé ter
Guardian Amitāyus, exalted Treasure of Compassion,1
མཚོ་སྐྱེས་རྡོ་རྗེ་བདེ་ཆེན་དབང་རྒྱལ་མོ། །
tsokyé dorjé dechen wanggyal mo
Lake-Born Vajra, and Mighty Queen of Profound Bliss,
དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དབང་ཕྱུག་སྐུ་བཞིའི་བདག་ཉིད་ལ། །
kyilkhor wangchuk ku zhi daknyi la
Lords and ladies of the maṇḍala, embodiments of the four kāyas:
སྨན་མཆོད་འབུལ་ལོ་ཚེ་དབང་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩོལ། །
men chö bul lo tsewang ngödrub tsol
Offering this elixir, I beseech you: grant the siddhi of longevity.
ཁྲི་སྲོང་ལྡེའུ་བཙན་དམ་འཛིན་ལྷ་ཡི་སྲས། །
trisong detsen dam dzin lha yi sé
King Tri Songdetsen and his heir Prince Damdzin,
གཏེར་འབྱིན་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བ་མཆོག་གྱུར་གླིང་། །
ter jin khorlö gyurwa chokgyur ling
Chokgyur Lingpa, universal treasure-revealing monarch,
ཟབ་གསང་མངའ་བདག་ཆོས་ཀྱི་ཤིང་རྟ་ལ། །
zabsang ngadak chö kyi shingta la
Pioneers of the Dharma, masters of the profound and secret,
སྨན་མཆོད་འབུལ་ལོ་ཚེ་དབང་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩོལ། །
men chö bul lo tsewang ngödrub tsol
Offering this elixir, I beseech you: grant the siddhi of longevity.
ལས་ཅན་ཆོས་བདག་བརྒྱུད་པའི་བཀའ་སྲོལ་འཛིན། །
lechen chödak gyüpé kasol dzin
Destined dharma custodians and upholders of the lineage traditions,
སྨིན་གྲོལ་ཆར་འབེབས་རྩ་བའི་བླ་མ་རྗེ། །
mindrol charbeb tsawé lama jé
Supreme root guru, bestower of ripening and liberation’s grace,
འགྲོ་བའི་མགོན་པོ་བཀའ་དྲིན་མཉམ་མེད་ལ། །
drowé gönpo kadrin nyammé la
Guardians of beings, unrivaled in your boundless compassion:
སྨན་མཆོད་འབུལ་ལོ་ཚེ་དབང་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩོལ། །
men chö bul lo tsewang ngödrub tsol
Offering this elixir, I beseech you: grant the siddhi of longevity.
རྟ་མཆོག་རྒྱལ་པོ་རྡོ་རྗེ་རྣལ་འབྱོར་མ། །
tachok gyalpo dorjé naljorma
King Hayagrīva and Queen Vajrayoginī,
རིགས་བཞིའི་དཔའ་བོ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ཡང་སྤྲུལ་བཅས། །
rik zhi pawo daki yangtrul ché
With your four classes of emanated ḍākas and ḍākinīs,
སྣང་སྟོང་ཟུང་འཇུག་བདེ་ཆེན་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ལ། །
nangtong zungjuk dechen kyilkhor la
In the maṇḍala of profound bliss where appearance and emptiness unite:
སྨན་མཆོད་འབུལ་ལོ་ཚེ་དབང་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩོལ། །
men chö bul lo tsewang ngödrub tsol
Offering this elixir, I beseech you: grant the siddhi of longevity.
ཚོགས་ཀྱི་བདག་པོ་བཛྲ་ཐིག་ལེ་རྩལ། །
tsok kyi dakpo benza tiklé tsal
Mighty Vajrabindu, lord of the assembly,2
མཐུ་ཆེན་དྲེགས་པ་སྡེ་ལྔ་གཡོག་འཁོར་བཅས། །
tuchen drekpa dé nga yok khor ché
Five classes of powerful haughty spirits along with your attendants,
རྒྱུད་གསུམ་དམ་ཅན་བཀའ་གཏེར་སྐྱོང་རྣམས་ལ། །
gyü sum damchen kater kyong nam la
Samaya-bound protectors of the three lineages, guardians of both kama and terma:
སྨན་མཆོད་འབུལ་ལོ་ཚེ་དབང་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩོལ། །
men chö bul lo tsewang ngödrub tsol
Offering this elixir, I beseech you: grant the siddhi of longevity.
སརྦ་པཉྩ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་ཁ་རཾ་ཁཱ་ཧི།
sarva pentsa amrita kha ram khahi
sarva-pañcāmṛta-khāram khāhi
ཞེས་པའང་དབོན་སྤྲུལ་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་བཀའ་ལྟར་གུ་ཎས་ཞབས་ཏོག་ཏུ་སྤེལ་བའོ།། །།
